Eldon Inn

Staying here with my family and our two dogs was a pleasant experience. We were excited to explore the nearby Lake of the Ozarks, especially since the fishing season runs 'til late December. The large queen room provided ample space for us to unwind.

My wife says that more towel options would be nice.

Good choice of goodies for breakfast. Very-very nice, helpful people working here. Location near several restaurants in walking distance and lake w/ outdoor receptacles for boat charging👌

Incredible base for a 1-night stay. Got extremely spacious and fairly quiet room with double bed, the air conditioner and ventilation.

Dark room.

It was just a decent option for a weekend break in Eldon with great value for the money. The room had a functional microwave, made it easy to heat up leftovers after exploring the area. Look out for the bright parking lot lights. They can keep you awake at night.

Easy to get to from main hwy. Quiet location, clean rooms and plenty of parking. Also has microwave and refrigerator in room.

The room is cramped, which makes accessing the clothes rack and using the fridge a bit of a challenge. A glaring light in the parking lot keeps things too bright at night, messing with sleep quality. The bed was like sleeping on a slab of rock, and the pillows left much to be desired. You might also find yourself needing more towels, as our room came with just two washcloths and two towels.

It was cheap and a place to sleep.

There was nothing special. The price seemed a little high for the condition of the room. It was clean but needs updating. The walls were very thin. You could hear people in the next room.

The spacious queen room was perfect for our family, with a nice seating area where the kids could relax. The 32" tv offered great channel selections, which everyone enjoyed watching after a long day of exploring. And a microwave in the room was super convenient for late-night snacks.

The parking lot was a bit bright at night, making it hard to get a good sleep.

I arrived after a long drive and found the roomsuper clean and cozy. The tv and microwave, especially after a day of exploring. I drove on poorly lit roads after struggling with my directions, but found the surroundings calm and quiet at night, unlike the hustle of busy cities back in Italy.

The parking lot lights were bright and made it hard to sleep. The pillows felt awful and the bed was uncomfortable, which detracted from my overall experience.

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend trip

We stayed in a Queen Room for 2 nights, and it was a decent spot. The bed was comfy, nice after a long day. The room was clean, and it had everything we needed. The shower was a bit of a letdown since the water wouldn't warm up properly. And the overall space felt pretty cramped at times. Still, it was super quiet outside at night.

Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement

Despite some discomfort with the bed, I appreciated the cleanliness and the friendly staff. The TV channel selection kept us entertained at night, and I recommend bringing extra towels for convenience. Be prepared for bright parking lights that may affect sleep quality.

Eldon's culinary scene is a hidden gem! I tried the locally sourced BBQ, and boy, it hit the spot. The brisket was smoky and tender-just heavenly! As for the Inn, it was clean enough and pretty quiet, which let me catch some good Z's. Plus, the quaint charm of the place gave it a cozy vibe.
